At minimum, I think these guys need to lose their licenses to practice law. I'm not ready to cast aside prosecutorial discretion yet. While there may be horrific cases like this from time to time, to remove prosecutorial discretion would open up a whole new realm of litigation in just about every single criminal case and it would probably severely tax the resources of both the defense' offices and the prosecution's offices.It might feel right, but there'd be some very real systemic costs to this proposition.

The way I understand it, P2P requires that more of the data be generated client-side in order to compensate for the increase in latency that is ineveitable with using P2P. This works out OK for consoles, because consoles are extremely difficult to hack. This is not the case for PC games.Use P2P for PC games, and there will be hacks up the wazoo....just watch.

I was under the impression that the iPhone App store was more like:25% Fart Noise Makers25% Flashlights25% Map applications of some sort20% Basic functionality apps, ie. Cut & Paste, MMS, etc.5% Other.You have to have iTunes to check out the app store though, and I will gladly pass on that ***** piece of bloatware.?
