First off, excuse me for using the word "dude", which seems to get you ticked off.I'm just trying to point out the fact that neither a netbook nor a laptop nor a desktop are going to be used for the same tasks as this tablet would. You can't handwrite on a netbook, for example, save maybe the freak few that do have a touchscreen.You can't read a book on a netbook like you could with this tablet. I mean yeah, theoretically you could, but that's not what a netbook is designed for.Essentially, this Microsoft Courier is an interactive notepad, something a tonne of people still use today and are not willing to give up for a device which requires typing. That's a pretty significant factor. I for instance would never have a netbook with me during fieldwork because, well, it's still clunkier than a notepad and a pen.Bottom line: I don't see why you're so surprised, the market for a device like this seems, at least to me, huge.
