Update: One Officer is confirmed to have been the primary shooter, and he only had two pistols. A civilian police officer shot him dead, and unfortunately the officer was also shot and killed. While his name isn't being released, it would appear his name is "suggestive", and he had converted to Islam. He was also upset about deployment, and the building he started his rampage in was a last stop for deploying soldiers for medical and dental checkups. Two other military personnel are in custody, but it is unclear if they were involved with the first shooter. There were reports of other shooters by eye witnesses but nothing has been confirmed otherwise. The tally is currently 12 dead, 31 wounded of various levels of injury.
