When I used to shop there I would insist on a factory-sealed copy. They'd always give me grief and say "but it is new", but I'd just say it was for a gift for someone else and I didn't want one with scuffs all over it or the Xbox sticker split. They'd usually oblige.Call me anal, but when I buy something "new" then the right to wreck it is mine, not someone else's. Same reason I don't buy books from Borders. Like Gamestop their stock is always scuffed and trashed and, again like Gamestop, always more expensive.?
