As a black man, I have to say that I could care less about whether the university of MD, was built from slave labor for other than purely mundane, factual, non-shockingly historical reasons. I only care about what it is now and what kind of cool majors I can get at the U of Md which is a great school. I graduated in the university of Md and I hope to go back and get more degrees. Yes my ancestors were slaves in this country, so what. I can't be angry at dead people, no matter how hard I try I just don't have any feelings about them. I like history and observe it from a holistic standpoint. I am glad that my ancestors were forcibly brought here to the united states because otherwise where would I be today? Would I even exist? I don't think any sort of reparations is really necessary or due should anyone actually suggest it. Inequality exists for many groups in the U.S. and I care about that, but skeletons in coffins just don't make me angry if you know what I mean.?
But Fox is the only TV "news" station where the slant is almost vertical.

@rossisdeadit's almost like the "goodness" of wine is asymptotic to a fixed value as price increases indefinitely . . .i'd like to cite an article that i was on digg a few days ago:http://digg.com/d318yzWthere's no way that 15k$ wine can actually taste like 15k$.
I once went to a church where the pastor was very much against Harry Potter. He decided to do a sermon about it and needed something upon which to base it. He found an article that perfectly fit what he believed. He read the article to the congregation as proof of how evil Harry Potter was. The article had quotes from the author and from school administrators and from satanists all praising the book and how it was turning children away from Christianity. He didn't cite his source, so when I got home I immediately scoured the internet to find the article. I searched for a phrase from the article "Jesus can suck the big greasy ***** of Satan" and found the article to be from the onion. I confronted the pastor about the legitimacy of the article and he was bewildered because those were quotes attributed to people and people can't just make up quotes and attribute them to people. /I don't normally write this verbosely//found a link that has the text http://www.thenoiseboard.com/lofiversion/index.php ... starts where it says Harry Potter books spark rise in satanism
