The sequel to Miner 2049er (Bounty Bob Strikes Back), is simply classic. We spent many hours playing this game, and it was the precursor to many other platform games that involved jumping, avoiding baddies, and taking control of onscreen toys (like cranes), to finish a level.If you haven't played it - you won't likely find it anymore - BUT, the original authors compiled a special version of the Atari 8-bit emulator with their game: http://www.bigfivesoftware.com/Emulator/emulator.h ...Yep, it's free too! :)
RIP those who died. This is a very scary situation.

He is increasing the defense budget. He is ratcheting up the war in Afghanistan. He is belligerent towards Iran. He is in favor of the Patriot Act and FISA. He is predator bombing and destabilizing Pakistan. He is pretending to withdraw from Iraq while actually turning over operations to private contractors. Also, last I checked a 35,000 to 50,000 troop strong "residual force" will remain in Iraq even after the "withdrawal" is supposedly complete. He might or might not be closing Gitmo but you can be damn sure he is not discontinuing indefinite detention without trial. You can also be sure secret prisons worse than Gitmo are still in operation around the world.In other words, he has kept the status quo but made several highly publicized symbolic moves to keep people like you appeased.

They probably don't like them because I don't know about you, but my keys get knocked around a lot and if the tube breaks, you've got tritium gas escaping, and in a much larger quantity than is in a watch dial. While the danger is minimal usually, especially in a well ventilated area, most people (not you of course, because you know what you're doing) are too dumb to know that if their keyfob breaks, they need to open a window or leave the room. When an unknowing idiot walks around with a tritium key fob, the danger to others around them is increased, so the NRC bans their sale in stores, but they don't fine people for owning them and they don't make much effort to stop their import. It's a compromise that ensures that most people who get them here know what they are doing, so I'm ok with it. |
